TRACE.point collects Personal Identifying Information ("PII") from you when you visit our website(s),through email, and using our mobile applications. We also collect PII during transactions, sponsored events and contents/sweepstakes. PII includes your name, postal address, email address, telephone and mobile phone numbers, wireless service provider, and all other information that identifies you.
We may collect information about your interaction with TRACE.point sites, application and services (metadata). Information Handling
Information such as PII, metadata and the like collected in the course of your normal business with TRACE.point is used for the purposes of: verifying competency against areas assessed through the site, administration of your TRACE.point account, advertising, marketing, quality assurance by a company with which you are registered as a user, (including administrator, manager or employee), or other similar purposes. It is important to note that other users associated with your TRACE.point account will have access to certain information about and/or submitted by you. Generally, the system is hierarchical and access to such information increases towards the higher levels of the hierarchy. For example, an employee of an organisation may only access his/her account information, training and assessment results, whereas a manager may access a number of employee accounts, including those employees’ assessment results, PII and so forth. Further, TRACE.point, One IRC Pty. Ltd. management and its software vendors (The Loft Group Pty. Ltd., and SkillsLive Pty. Ltd.) reserve the right to access any and all information stored in the TRACE.point database.
Depending on your company’s written agreement with TRACE.point, information may be disclosed by TRACE.point to a third party. For example, if you take part in any training or assessment within Our Website, the actions you take and results of your assessment are accessible immediately to other, higher level users, including your Company Administrator and Procurement-level Users of Our Website. Your acknowledgement
Your use of the TRACE.point website by securely logging in and your agreement with TRACE.point’s Terms and Conditions is an acknowledgement of your agreement with the Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
The information we collect allows us to customise the content and/or layout of our sites and applications for you and each other visitor. Plus, it enables us to notify you about updates to our websites and applications, contact you with special offers of interest, and customise your experience.

Mobile Devices/Third Party Fees
From time to time, TRACE.point may make mobile device application and mobile marketing campaigns available to you and may allow you to register for services that involve messages and/or e-mails being sent to your mobile device. You are responsible for obtaining access to the mobile device services and that access may involve third-party fees, including mobile carrier, text messaging, or airtime charges. You are solely responsible for those fees, including any and all fees associated with the use of the applications, delivery of the messages, e-mails or other materials to your mobile device. Please consult your mobile service provider’s pricing plan prior to purchasing or downloading any application or registering for any such service to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messagesfrom/to your mobile device. You will be given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving text messages or emails to your mobile device at the time you register and with each message or email you receive.
Mobile marketing campaigns may involve your sending an e-mail from your mobile device to TRACE.point or a third-party campaign operator. An e-mail or other response will then be sent to your mobile device. Opting to participate in a campaign is 100% your choice. When you engage in these mobile marketing campaigns, TRACE.point and the third-party campaign operator may collect your cell phone number, the name of your wireless service provider, images that you send using your mobile phone as part of the campaign, and other relevant information.
What are “Cookies” and “Web Beacons” and what do they do for me?
In order to provide better service when you return to our site, TRACE.point may use Cookies and Web Beacons to store your preferences and information, what pages you visit, and past activity at a site. TRACE.point may also employ Web Beacons from third parties in order to help us compile aggregated statistics regarding the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns or other operations of our sites.
