Employee Dashboard
TRACE.point enables each user to keep track of their activity and performance, review their past experiences and successes plus look at their future eLearning course options.
The dashboard displays the user’s current level. The user is able to gain higher levels based on the number of education modules they have successfully completed.
Each level consists of a number of modules required to be completed, before being able to progress to the next.

A timeline within the user’s dashboard shows a visual representation of when a module has been successfully completed and which recommended module is next.
Notifications can remind the user to complete a module that has previously been started, or to alert the user of their next recommended module.
Contractor Dashboard
TRACE.point includes a ‘Contractor Dashboard’, which enables contractors to login and review their current ‘Contractor Level’ and the level of each of their employees.
A Contractor Level can be predefined by the Company Administrator. These levels are achieved by the Contractor’s employees completing the required courses.
A Contractor is also able to view the individual employee’s learning pathway, displaying the modules completed.
Delivering eLeaning
E-Learning courses are available, the user can quickly enroll themselves in the selected course. E-Learning courses are comprised of multiple chapters and assessments.
The e-learning modules cover core topics within trade and construction industry. Each of the modules follows the same format: definition of the topic, background information, assessments and suggested activities to be carried out in the workplace.
On successful completion of a module, the user receives a certificate of completion.

Adminstrator Point
TRACE.point is the Content Management System for the software. Roles can be defined to limit what controls a user has. The CMS allows a user to create and manage modules, users and notifications, along with viewing reports (such as Contractor Levels).
Contractor Levels enables a user to review all the Contractors within the software, and what level they are at. A user can select a level, to view all Contractors at that level. They are also able to search for an individual Contractor.
Users are able to export the reports as .CSV files.

Align Audit & Compliance objectives and benchmark against key performance indicators. Provide visibility across education and therefore gain the necessary data for managers or procurement personnel to make informed decisions against the auditors report, recommendations and guidelines.
