The client wanted to improve E-learning experience and make learning a funful event.
Our key challenges were to help client create relevant content using CMS to implement a robust Learning Management System (LMS). We were tasked with finding content to make learning an interesting event keeping in mind to not sway from the intended purpose of learning.

When searching for e-learning content in the cosmetic industry, we explored e-learning marketplaces, custom development, industry associations, open educational resources, YouTube, blogs, online forums, and communities. This diverse approach allowed us to access a wide range of resources, from structured courses to industry insights from experts.
To manage higher traffic during the training sessions we designed the system for scalability, utilizing cloud-based infrastructure to ensure performance and accommodating increased traffic.
We helped client explore various revenue models, including subscriptions or partnerships, and seek funding from organizations supporting workforce development initiatives to ensure sustainability.
With the new features, our client saw roughly 35% jump in engagement and 20% increase in participation in first 2 quarters.
