The client wanted to improve E-learning experience with better content managment within one toolset.
Our key challenges were to help client create relevant content using CMS to implement a robust Learning Management System (LMS) for progress tracking and establishing certification validity through industry collaborations in developing an effective e-learning platform

Our approach involves developing customized content manager for cosmatic and hair grooming tutorials and videos. In addition, we implemented authorization for content creation to manage roles.
To manage higher traffic during the training sessions we designed the system for scalability, utilizing cloud-based infrastructure to ensure performance and accommodating increased traffic.
We helped client explore various revenue models, including subscriptions or partnerships, and seek funding from organizations supporting workforce development initiatives to ensure sustainability.
With our help, our client was able to save about 21% of time that was spent to manage contents for learning.
